[Cynnabar] Is the Michigan Room and OK space for fighter practice?

Took a look at the League's web page. The room is 42x41 (1722sq ft) with
12ft ceiling. It might be a little tight. Also I noticed that there is a
$30 rental fee for Student groups for 5 hrs and $6 for every additional
hour.

My question is, since they are suggesting the room, are they going to
waive the fees?

facilities people want to move us to the Michigan Room in league.
