[Cynnabar] Brewers and Vintners guild meeting notes

The Cynnabar Brewing and Vintning Guild took a field trip on Nov. 7th to the Michigan Brewing Company in Webster, home of not only MBC beers but also Celis beers and their newly added distillery where they make vodka, gin, and whiskey. Although the work floor had no activity, it being Saturday, the group had an interesting tour and also had lunch. The MBC makes several very nice brews. 



As always, the Brew guild accepts everyone and anyone, at any level, with any interest. Even if you don't wish to brew, we are always looking for tasters. Brewers and vintners need opinions! Our next meeting will be some time in January or February. I will post an exact date as soon as it is determined. We plan on more field trips in the future, maybe even the World Expo of Beer up in Frankenmuth this May. Any questions? Please contact me.
