*Good Morning!*

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Did everyone eat enough?? Well if
not we are having our 2nd Annual Meet and Beat Monday!! There will be plenty
of pizza and pop to fill that empty spot! There will be Gatorade for the
fighters as well

There will also be a lot of local and visiting fighters to fight so you can
work of all of the food that you have eaten.
We are going to have some pizzas ready for early birds and then some for the
later crowd.

If you are planning on coming please send me an email so that I can have a
rough head count for the amount of pizzas we need!

This should be a really good time and a great practice! So I hope ALL of you
can make it!

We will start at 6:30pm and we have loaner armor to borrow
