[Cynnabar] Baronial Champions Tourney Rules

Hello Again,

Also as a reminder...with a bit of clarification.

The revel will be run like a typical Kill & Grill where practice will
happen, and in this case also the Baronial Champion Tourneys, after which we
will have a potluck picnic. Those attending are encouraged to bring a dish
to pass along with whatever main dish they would like to grill for
themselves. Somewhere between the Tourneys and the food there will be a
brief court to announce the Champions

We plan to have the Tourneys begin around 2pm.

Lastly, typically this would also be the week for the regular monthly
practice tourneys. However it feels that trying to have these on the same
day would be a bit much, so these will be held at another time to be
determined.
