[Cynnabar] Terp Volunteers

OK Everyone

 

It's just under 2 months until Terp. Time to volunteer!!

 

We will be setting up Friday evening starting around 5:00pm (so we can
be done by 8pm) and start some dancing. 

 

I need Gate volunteers

Shifts are 9 - 11, 11 - 1, 1 - 3, and 3 - 5. I would like 2 people per
shift (except the 3 - 5, where only 1 is needed)

 

Also I need volunteers for clean up crew ( I would like at least 5), if
we have enough people this should only take about 1 hr (so, we should be
heading out the door around 12am (midnight))

 

Contact Luvday if you would like to help in the kitchen for the taverns
