[Cynnabar] Pennsic pre-registration

Hi all!

I know that Pennsic is 200 days away (only!!), but I just wanted to let you
know that pre-registration is open and underway.  As usual you can
pre-register under "Cynnabar".

Now if only I can be as pro-active with my Pennsic projects and get them
underway too!!  :)
