[Cynnabar] Are we planning to have fighter practice December 19, 2010

Hi all,

The UM facilities people have asked me if we are actually planning to have
fighter practice on Sunday, December 19, 2010. If we are they'd like to move
us to another room. (Don't worry, I know League Room D won't be big enough).

I know this is a way off, but I wanted to ask if 1) you think your group
will still be meeting this close to the Christmas/holiday break and 2) if
you ARE planning to meet that late in December, if you would be willing to
do me a huge favor and let me move you to the League Room D on that day?

If a student organization fails to cancel a room reservation at least five
business days prior to their event (90 calendar days for a Ballroom,
Vandenberg, Hussey, Concourse, Pendleton and the University Club), the group
shall be assessed the current room rental fee at the time of cancellation.
Reservations cancelled fewer than five business days in advance by student
organizations for free rooms will be assessed 20% of the Category D rate. If
a student group fails to use a room for a scheduled event and did not cancel
the room reservation, the group shall be assessed 20% of the Category D room
rental fees for standard rooms, 40% of Category D rental rates for
non-standard rooms.
If a University department fails to cancel a room reservation at least 10
business days prior to their event (90 calendar days for Pendleton,
University Club, Vandenberg, Hussey or Concourse and 180 calendar days for a
Ballroom), the group shall be assessed the current room rental fee at the
time of cancellation as well as any costs incurred by the facility.
If a commercial group fails to cancel a room reservation at least 90
calendar days prior to their event, (180 calendar days for a Ballroom,
Vandenberg, Hussey, Concourse, Pendleton and the University Club), the group
shall forfeit their deposit.
For all groups, changes in event date within the cancellation deadline will
result in a cancellation fee. Changes in event venue within the cancellation
deadline will be assessed the greater room rental rate.
