[Cynnabar] Award Recommendations

Hello!

I would like to echo Gregoire in saying that Her Majesty let us know that
They would try to hold Cynnabar award recommendations that Their Majesties
receive until the Transition Event so that They will have more than just
the change-over to do.

I would also like to say that if you have not had the chance too - please
update the Baronial Order of Precedence!  This helps your Baron and Baroness
when we are looking through previous awards given - to make sure that
members of Cynnabar are given the recognition they deserve, or that awards
are not doubled up.  You can update your information here:

Let's try to help Our successors by getting everything updated and organized
