Events
Terpsichore was a success this past weekend.  As usual, the classes were good and the desserts were outstanding.  New this year were non-sweet treats like cheese and nuts.  They were much appreciated.

The free ad will be submitted by March 24.  The same wording as the last issue will appear. It will be sent to the list in a separate document.

Charity Run, Sat, Oct 3
Name-Big House Big Heart
Date- Oct 3, 10:30am
Where- University of Michigan Football Stadium.
Cost- $13/person
Distance- one mile

Galen reported that the group will be given a booth for both days of the of the event, Oct 2 and Oct 3.  
 
The money we raise can be donated to the Charity of our choosing.  Please submit your charity nominations to Galen.  A decision will be made at a later time.
 
Registration fee schedule:
  until Aug 31- $13  
        Sept 1- $18  
        Race day- $23 
 
Galen will give the group info on how to register online.

Baronial Revel, Sun, April 25, Island Park
The budget proposal of $175.00 has been approved.  Tairdelbach said that more info about the revel will be revealed on Sunday.

Roll of Arms
June 30, 2010 is the deadline to submit your arms information to the Herald.  She is creating a Roll of Arms display to take to Pennsic.

Grand Tourney, Sat, Nov. 20
Grand Tourney will be at at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Livonia.  
 
Sir Straum has agreed to be the Armored Fight Marshal.  Lord Arnold has agreed to be the Fencing Marshal.  Wagers will be taken again this year.   
 
The Chatelaine, Fight Marshals and Their Excellencies will tour the facility at a later date.
 
The Barony of Roaring Wastes is in agreement about our event.  They will let us know if there are any issues.

Nicola's Demo, Thurs, April 22.
Because of the configuration of the store each group will perform in a different area. The audience can walk the few steps to each alcove to view the next event. One group will perform at a time.
 
I would also like to have several short classes. One for children. The other for adults.

Sound System
The silent auction held at Terpsichore as a fundraiser for the Sound System was very successful.  Approximately $300.00 was raised.  More info to come.

Baronial Investiture 
          Feast, Hotel, Site
                 The budget proposal $1200.00 has been approved.
 
           Volunteers
                  Help is needed for set-up, clean-up and gate.
                  Fri, March 26, Set-up-  8pm
                  Sat, March 27, Set-up-7am
 
          Baronial Borders
                  The Seneschal says there may be a discussion about Baronial Borders if all parties involved attend
 
          Rapier
                  There will be a Fencing Tournament.

 
        Bake Sale for Royal Travel Fund
          Lady Helena will coordinate the bake sale.

 
         Lunch Tavern
          Bjarki and crew will serve chili, cornbread, baked potatoes, soda and water.

 
         Feast
           Renaude still needs volunteers to help set-up/clean-up.

12th Night
The Dixboro Methodist Church site fee is $700.00.  Giovanna and Amyon will tour the facility on Wednesday and report back to the group at the next meeting.

Portable Armory
The Herald proposes that a permanent portable Roll of Arms display be created to be used at demos and events.
