[Cynnabar] new business-fencing swords

Hello,

I am planning on bringing this up at the meeting tonight. I am going to suggest that the group purchase at least 1 new fencing sword.

I sent the information to Bjarki because he has his laptop at the meetings and if I emailed him the information then he could show people at the meeting -- if there was interest.

So, anyway, these are the swords I am going to recommend getting.

They are crazy cheap and I will bring up details at the meeting tonight.

What is the new business exactly? 
Is there a request for more loaner swords? 
How many do we have already? 
How many are we proposing to buy? 
Is this coming out of earmarked funds or the general account? 
Can we get an accounting of how much money has recently (last three years) been spent on the Cynnabar contingent of His Majesty's navy?
