[Cynnabar] Fwd: A2 Observer City Guide Updates

I disagree. Armored combat doesn't mean anything to most people, and to some
people it means fighting with tanks.

Our best bet, since we are publishing something in a newspaper, would be to
consult the MK Media Liason (Giovanna) about the proper terminology...
