600 W. Main (street dead ends at the park)

Terrain
      lots of trees
      small rolling hills 
      surrounded
          by street on one side
          trees on two sides
          small parking lot on the last side
 
 
 Pavilions
    - 4 scattered throughout the park
    -32' x 22.5' x 7' or 8' high 
    -roofs but no sides
    -painted green picnic tables with benches attached (approx 8 in each pavilion)
          -fabric is being collected by the community to cover the tables
    -1 of the pavilions will be used for a puppet show
    -approximately 4 large picnic tables in each pavilion

Small baseball diamond at the street side


 
Tables- 6-8 extra tables (other than those already in the pavilion)  

            

 
Tents-  Must bring your own. 

 
Restrooms- There will be three porta-johns
 
Changing Room- Lady Maeve (from Talonval) Will screen off part of a pavilion
 

 
Water
  two spickets
    -1 at the front of the park- not potable
 
    -1 in the middle, potable with two spickets-one for drinking and one for bucket filling 
 


 
Manchester Volunteers 
 The Director of the library says that Boy Scouts will be available to help set-up/tear down. 

 
Parking
 It's a small lot. Participants will be able to park at 
the site.  Others will be directed a few blocks away to a car 
dealership that is allowing free parking.
 
Drop Off

Participants will be able to drive up on the grass to drop off items, then park in the parking lot

1.Vincent- "make-it-yourself maille" 

2.Simcha-will teach three easy dances
    Sellinger's Round (best with the little ones)
    Gathering Peascods (successful as young as six or seven) 

    Black Nag (probably only as young as ten).  I can bring my own music.
3.Midair- to teach juggling
   
4.Heavy Combat/Rapier- need some schtick with fighters 

5. Baron David will take "funny photos" with cardboard figures.
