Meeting Agenda
 
1. Tie ribbons on 250 tokens
       -we will be using several ribbon colors to denote site/feast
       -assistance would be appreciated
 
2. Make signs: This may not happen until Friday night set-up
       The wires from Grand Tourney have disappeared.  I may need to purchase more.
          
         - Several for the street
         - 1 Reserved parking for Luveday and Fernando
         - 1 Reserved parking for HRM
         - 1 Reserved parking for HRH
         - 1 Reserved parking Tairdelbach and Hannah
         
3.  Discuss any last minute concerns

4.  Eat Pizza
