[Cynnabar] new Garb Workday schedule

Greetings to all,

The Garb Workday schedule for the next few months is thus:
Feb. 20 (Sunday)
March 6 (Sunday)
April 23 (Saturday)
May 21 (Saturday)

I know Sundays are not ideal for some, but the scheduling was difficult this time.  Also, it's inevitable that there will be conflicts with some events--I did the best I could.
