[Cynnabar] Chatelaine - Article regarding newcomers

Good evening!

I just read this article written by Alys Katherine, and I thought I would
pass it along.  It is regarding newcomers and how we might be able to make
them feel more welcome by approaching them in a variety of ways.  It is my
opinion that each one of us serve as a Chatelaine, not just me!
