[Cynnabar] The potential new checking account

Actually, we do.

The SCA is in the process of incorporating EACH and EVERY state into a subsidiary entity. Michigan is currently going thru this process.  This means that when you attend an event in the state of Michigan and write a check for your gate fees, your check will be written out to either SCA Inc - <group name> or SCA Michigan Inc - <group name>

Not all groups have completed the process, but we are getting there.
