Still  more ways to get involved and volunteer at Pennsic. If you are able to 
sign up for guard duty please do! You should be able to sign two people up per 
shift -- so find a buddy. If you'd like to add that you are from "Cynnabar" on 
there that would be great. I don't plan on selecting a 'block' for us since it 
seems to work better if folks can choose their own days and shifts.

And remember -- for a 1 hour minimum shift of service (That's ANY volunteer 
service, not just this one) at Pennsic you will recieve a token from His 
Excellency and I. Please see us after you've served!

Supporting the War Effort for the Midrealm is always a enjoyable duty for
many of us at Pennsic War. As in the past, we will need volunteers for the
MK-Royal Gate Guards and the support of our baronies has been greatly
appreciated. If you would like to sign your Barony up for a series of 2 hour
shifts, you may distribute that time as you see fit.

Your volunteers may dress in their finest persona clothing (clean,
non-offensive to gentles etc) or wear their best rapier kit, chainmail,
scale, or even full plate.  Best of all, they should wear your barony's
livery to properly represent your dedicated service to the Crown.

All you need to do:  Go to this website. Review it. Once you have determined
the time fram you would like to cover, check the appropriate box(es). List
your Barony's name and add the individuals if you have that worked out.
(ie:  **Barony of Northwoods**, Master Rocco). Your volunteers will be
posted in front of the Midrealm Royal Encampment Gate. They should report to
the POD (Peer on Duty) and/or the Midrealm Castellan (Master Rocco). If they
are unavailable seek out the other gate guards on duty or one of TRM's
champions for instructions. Volunteering now guarantees you the time slot
and helps us as well.  There will also be a sign up sheet at the Gate for
the MIdrealm for any unfilled slots.
