[Cynnabar] Half Century Holiday - help still needed

Greetings all!

We're in need of a few more voluneteers for AnneMarie's Half Century Holiday 
event on May  14th.  We're at the same site 

location where we held Grand Tourney this past year.

The following opportunities are available:

Severs for lunch This is a LUNCHEON feast and will be held at 11:30 am. Please 
email me if you'd like to help with this....you will be fed! The following folks 
have volunteered to serve: Bjarki, Maddie, Giovanna, Ian  Ruadh, Stephanie and 
Joannaes. We need about 3-4 more people. 


We could also use 1-2 people to help with kitchen clean-up after feast.

In addition, we also would like someone to help with gate. This shift would only 
really be needed from about 9 am until about noon.

And of course there's always help needed for set up and clean-up at the event.

There's lots of fun stuff going on throughout the day, too!
