[Cynnabar] Pennsic Question

My former Pennsic home has collapsed, and I'm looking for a new one--realllly don't want to try and find singles camping for a family of five at Pennsic 40!--and I'm interested in camping with the Barony this year.
 
Who do I speak to, and what are the fees, chore requirements, etc?
