[Cynnabar] A "minor" bit of censorship

Hi all!
I am emailing the kingdom chronicler to make sure we have the official rule
in place.  When I hear back from her, I will post here and let you know.  I
ask for patience while I make sure that we are in compliance with Kingdom
and Society law.
