With respect to Wassail (or any event), if we do ask for donations, it
really really helps to have a small sign that gives a suggested
donation. From the Middle Kingdom Exchequer list, the best way to get
donations is to actually have, at the gate, a small sign that states a
suggested donation, along with a high level budget and expected turnout.
