[Cynnabar] Weekly meeting minutes for 03/26/12 meeting

Here is the meeting minutes from the 3/26 meeting. A bit delayed but still
out before the next meeting!

 

Event and Demo Reports:

 

Golden Seamstress - Three full teams from Cynnabar and two more teams had
more Cynnabar members out of 9 total teams. Our own Mistress Millisant was
head judge. A good time had by all and there was some great stuff made!

 

Upcoming Baronial Events and Demos

 

Armored Fighter Retreat (April 6th-8th) - Check for e-mail updates. Girls
retreat (sewing and eating bad things) same weekend, see HE Hanna for
details.

 

Terpsichore (April 14th) - Iron Peeps is Friday night!

 

Spring Revel (April 29th) - Baronial picture and Baronial championships!

 

St. Ceclia at the Tower (May 12th) - No update

 

Celtic Festival (July 14th) - No update

 

Grand Tourney 2012 Proposal - (Johannes) - This was the 3rd discussion.
Budget of $1850 has been approved. Anne did object.

 

Old Business

 

New Choir Heraldic Accoutrements -.There has been 19 made in total and they
will be finished by Terp. 

 

Chatelaine Position - Genoveva will be made the next Baronial Chatelaine and
the changeover will be at Terp.

 

Baronial Ballista plans - Budget approved, looking for confirmation of
purchase.

 

Fixing loaner leg armor proposal - Budget approved, looking for confirmation
of purchase.

 

NMS and Event reports to Kingdom - Everything should be up to date now.

 

Baronial Archery - We are set for Baronial archery. Practices are Sunday's
at Forester Dillon's who Godaeth and Aeffe working under as MITs. As
Forester Dillon should be noting these practices he is marshal in charge for
on is quarterly report, we are covered. Go out and shoot! Directions are

Tithing to the Kingdom - (meeting minutes reminder/placeholder only)

The previously group-approved amount of $300 to their Highness's travel fund
will be presented at Crown in Kentucky in May. This line item will remain as
a meeting note but not brought up during the meeting proper unless someone
has a question/comment on it. This is just a reminder until we are able to
present this in May.

Exchequer - We have $4899.74 in the account.

Fencing Marshal - Practices are moving outside to Island Park on Sundays.

Chronicler - Citadel should be out April 1st or 2nd. 

 

Herald -

Knight Marshal - Practices are moving outside to Island Park on Sundays.

 

Seneschal - Next meeting is April 9th..

 

Baron and Baroness - The Pentamer regional A&S will be at Terp. Registration
online thru April 7th. Please send in award recommendations!  We are still a
