Greetings!  Please forward to your group lists and distribute fliers at
upcoming meetings. 

 

Rendezvous at the Bridge

October 12-14, 2012; Site opens at 6 PM on Friday and closes at 11 AM on
Sunday.

Lincoln State Park, Lincoln City, Indiana

 

Activities include: 

Armored Combat: Friday torchlight tourney starting at about 10 PM (weather
permitting); Saturday: William Marshal Style prize tourney and melees 

Fencing: Authorizations and prize tourney. 

Youth Rapier Tourney

Youth Combat Practice

Classes: Various classes and demonstrations will be running all day. Please
see our web site for details as classes are finalized. 

Populace-vote A&S contests for adults and youth. Please bring your A&S items
to display. Documentation optional. 

Brewing/Vintning/Cordial contest

Coursing of the Queen’s Greyhounds sponsored by the Middle Kingdom Coursing
Guild (weather permitting). 

Thrown Weapons practice area & competition. 

Merchants are welcome and there is no fee! No indoor space or tables are
available. Please bring your own shade. Contact merchant liaison for details
& to pre-register. You may set up tents/shades for your wares, but you MAY
NOT camp with your merchandise. This is a State Park rule and cannot be
violated! 

Other Activities: Court at Their Majesties’ Discretion, Harald Hardraada
Piñata for children, Bead Rescue Project, dancing and campfire/bardic
circle! 

Cabins available on-site, but are selling out fast!

Meals:  Full English Breakfast (donations), Lunch ($5 adults/$3 children)
and Feast ($9 before 9/1, $10 after) are available.
