[Cynnabar] BoC Meeting Agenda for 12/17/12 meeting

Will have our Cynnabar Baronial Business Meeting on Monday. But it is the
Cynnabar Holiday Gift Exchange! So there is be no (or very short) actually
business that will be taken care of. Unless it is time sensitive, we will
push all business off until after the New Year.
