[Cynnabar] BoC - Settlement funding discussion

Thank you very much for the well-thought out message regarding our
contribution to settle the lawsuit.

In my opinion, I feel we should contribute the 18% of our 2011 budget
($1160.49), as it is indeed more accurate to what the Barony can support to
Kingdom. It is both more than what is expected, and less than going beyond
the stated 18%, which I feel satisfies both camps. I also feel it is
generous and fair. :)
