[Cynnabar] Update to Archery subpage

Unto their Excellencies and the Populace of Cynnabar, Greetings!

The Archery subpage ...

... has been updated to include a link to "Iolo's Book of Crossbows."  I
find it a comprehensive basic resource not just for crossbow design,
history, and operation.  It's good writing, too!  I hope you enjoy it and
find it useful.

As of this morning's National Weather Service forecast, the coming weekend
looks to be sunny and warm and perfect for Battle of the Inland Seas, which
features a number of Missile & Thrown Weapons activities.  And as far as is
currently scheduled, there WILL BE archery practice at Forester Dillon's on
Sunday the 20th.
