Many thanks for all the wishes, prayers and offers of help.  The last two months have been very strange and unexpected.  It surprises me how much it hurts to be an orphan; thank goodness for all my siblings, nephews and other relatives.  Now it is a matter of dealing with wills, lawyers, banks and paperwork.  


Those of you with parents-- call them, just because you can, and tell them you love them.
