[Cynnabar] Save the Date for Mass Meeting: Thu, September 19

Greetings, fine citizens of Cynnabar!

Please mark your calendars for our upcoming Mass Meeting, which is in just
over a month on September 19th from 4:00 - 8:00 (and maybe a little later
-- I'm still working out those details). Mass Meeting will take place in
the Michigan League (Room 4). We can start setting up at 4:00, and we will
advertise the meeting to "officially" start at 5:00. If you cannot come
until later, that's fine!

I will send more details as we draw closer, but for now I'd love it if you
could consider coming. I would love to see folks wearing a variety of garb,
from simple to elaborate, and displaying the wide variety of activities we
all love. If you're not able to be in garb due to time constraints, please
don't let that stop you from joining us. The room is not overly large so
fighting demos may be hard, but having someone (or a few someones) in armor
to show off their weapons might do the trick. Maybe there's a way to have
some fighting demos outside -- I will find out and let you know.

Please let me know if you have questions, thoughts, concerns, and
definitely let me know if you are willing to join us. :)
