[Cynnabar] Pennsic - Guards, retainers and POD duty

As a reminder, the Rapier Field Battle [War Point] is scheduled that day from 1-2.  As it follows several other War Points, I would recommend that fencers and crossovers schedule for the 4:00-5:00 shift, to allow time to get gear off the field and change into appropriate garb.  From my experience, you can't count on getting off the field and ready in time for a 3:00 shift.
