[Cynnabar] St. Cecilia: Volunteers and Tavern-ware

Hi all,

As St. Cecilia at the Tower is imminent, I'm now asking for some volunteers.

Here are the gate shifts that still need people:

1:00 - 3:00 2 people
3:00 - 5:00 2 people

I'll also need people for set-up and tear-down.

Setup will happen at St. Paul's at 6:30pm on Friday the 17th. The more
people I have to help the faster it will go. Let me know if you can help.

For teardown, let me know if you're planning to stay until the end of the
event and would be willing to organize the masses. I'll have a checklist of
what needs to get done. Many hands make light work.

For the taverns I will need tavern-ware, like disposable plates, cups,
forks, knives, spoons. I've heard that extras from previous events exist
somewhere. I'll need enough for about 70 people. (40 for lunch; 30 for
dinner)

I'll also need the water jug. Anyone know where it can be picked up?

And if anyone has pitchers that we could use for non-water beverages,
please let me know.
