I would like to remind you that it is unchivalrolus to harm a herald. We are non combatants and often represent someone else. Thus to strike a herald would be to strike the person they are speaking for.

New budget line item: Wassail! decorations and fudge money – As the site deposit has taken up/holding funds, we need a bit of freed funds for the Event Steward to be able to spend on decorations and some fudge money.
