Unto the Barony of Cynnabar,

After much consideration, and with a heavy heart, I am asking to be
relieved of the Stewardship of our Grand Day of Tournaments. I will be
happy to assist the staff in any way I can, but I think this is best, as I
will explain.

As some may know, this summer has been a struggle for me with finding a new
job and a place to live. Both have been accomplished, but at the cost of
a great deal of personal stress. Stress that is only now slowly
dissipating, as the new job involves rather intensive training.

Further, as of 7 September, I will be going to a new schedule: 3pm to
midnight Thursday – Monday, which (for the time being) is going to be very
inimical to my social accessibility. In NO way, shape or form am I am
leaving Cynnabar, (heck no!). For the next number of months, though, I
will have to specifically take time off to attend functions, subject to the
demands of the service (i.e. time off availability at work).

I wish to express my gratitude to my volunteer staff,

· Ladies Godaeth and Aeffe, Deputy Stewards,

· Lord Johannes, Event Herald,

· Sir Straum and his household, Gambling Pit staff

· Baron Jasen Irenfest, Knights Marshal

· Forester Grey, Archery Marshal

· Lady Daye, Hospitality Steward

· Lady Ceara, Youth Coordinator

· Baroness Genoveva for her graphic design work with the web.

And of course the great populace of Cynnabar, who are famed for stepping
forward when the Elephant trumpets…

Again, I do look forward to seeing Cynnabar folks and participating as my
schedule permits. But as a matter of honoring the event’s needs, I feel
stepping aside is the right thing to do.

Lady Agnoletta
