[Cynnabar] Middle Kingdom Youth Combat Handbook

To all Middle Kingdom Youth Combat Marshals, parents, and participants:

The new Middle Kingdom Youth Combat Handbook has been approved and is available for download from the youth combat page of the kingdom website.

The handbook is now a stand-alone document and supersedes appendix C of the Midrealm Armored Combat Fighter and Marshal Handbook, ver 11.0, May 2009.

Armor and weapon standards have been standardized to the Society Youth Combat rules.

Other significant changes have been made to the marshal structure and rules for who may spar with children.
