[Cynnabar] Letters of Intent for Barony of Cynnabar

Apologizes to the Barony,

 

I had stated in a meeting previously that I would be sending out the list of
requirements for submitting a Letter of Intent to become the next
baron/baroness of Cynnabar. I had drafted and sent the letter, but like my
mistake with this week's meeting minutes, I sent it to myself instated. 

 

We should still do everything in our power to keep the JUNE 23rd deadline
for submitting your Letter of Intent to myself (by postmark or in person).
If, by receiving the below list late, that you do not think 2 weeks will be
enough time to get your Letter of Intent to me, please let me know by this
Friday, the 13th . We will see what we may need to do at that point. If I do
not hear from anyone by this Friday, we will KEEP THE ORIGINAL DUE DATE OF
JUNE 23RD for Letter of Intent submissions.

 

Again, apologies to the group for the delay and I hope this does not cause
any undue duress for anyone.

Greeting unto the fine populace of the great Barony of Cynnabar!

 

As we are getting underway to find our next Baron and/or Baroness, the next
official step it to open up accepting letters of intent from those gentles
wishing to be considered for Baron/Baroness. 

 

By Kingdom rules, these letters must be turned into you no later than 30
days after the announcement. So I am officially be announcing the beginning
of the acceptance of the letters of intent on May 24th. With letters due
(postmarked by or delivered in person) by June 23rd. 

 

The letters must include: 

-       SCA name (how he/she wants it listed on the poll)

-       Legal name

-       mailing address

-       phone number

-       e-mail address

-       copy of valid membership card

-       copy of photo id

-       and any other information the candidate wishes. 

 

As a reminder, you are not locked into running and may withdraw your name(s)
at any time. But if you do want to be considered for the position, I will
need your letters with all of the above information by June 23rd. 

 

Letters may be delivered to me in person or mailed and postmarked no later
than June 23rd to me at:
