This month's dinner offering is Speedy Southwest Salad: Romaine Lettuce topped with (your choice of) black beans, fresh corn, tomatoes, shredded cheddar, white-corn tortilla chips and picante-ranch (best EVAR!).  We'll also have regular ranch for those who like life a little more mild.  ^_^
