[Cynnabar] Armored combat practice cancelled for November 9th.

Armored combat practice is cancelled this Sunday the 9th. I would like to
encourage our fighters to take this opportunity to ensure that their
equipment is ready to do battle at the Grand Day of Tournaments next
weekend. This would also be a great opportunity to attend other great
