*Event and Demo Reports*

*North Oaken War Maneuvers*: Many Reporters - Awesome!  Good classes.  4
Cynnabar fighters. Youth list was run in conjunction with adult list.  They
copied Cynnabar’s example of having parking direction provided.

*This Land is Our Land:*  Kasha & Ermenrich- Shadowed Stars investiture. It
was wonderful to see all the Baronies represented there.  Planning for more
Great Weapons at Baron Wars. (NB: Scribe has no idea what this note means.)

*Crown Reports* still coming in:

·         ALL arrows lost on the range were found!

·         For the future, can Grass Cutting for Archery Site prep be
negotiated with the site?  It was too long.

·         Income from event was $8530.  $5000 is profit, after Kingdom
shares we bank $1500.

·         Lunch Tavern sold 405 Meal Deals.  Profit was $540.

*Words from Their Excellencies Ermenrich and Kasha of Cynnabar:*

We are camping at Siege of Talonvale.  Join us.

People at events stopped Ermenrich to praise Crown Tournament!  “Saturday
was the best of the A&S in the Middle.  Sunday was the best combat in the
Known World.”

Their Excellencies will be offering a Pennsic War Walking Tour on Saturday
afternoon of middle weekend.

All Baronies are asked to staff Middle Kingdom Royal Encampment for a day.  We
will need guards, Peers-on-Duty, retainers… Our day will be determined soon
and we will look for volunteers. Royal needs Extra help on Friday and
Saturday.

*Upcoming Baronial Events and Demos*

*Saline Celtic Festival (July 11, 2015) - *$75 Art says:

We need archery marshals/ organizers to volunteer.  There will be emails
coming out about the specific needs. We will use only 50% of the list field.
Gregor is recruiting people to demonstrate the Ballista.

*Grand Day of Tournaments (Saturday November 7th, 2015) – $_____  *Johannes

Shall we investigate ordering Stickers with the Baronial Populace Badge
(and maybe name?)

Shall we buy a Trailer that will hold all the List field parts?  This would
cut 3 hours off the time to get it out and use it. A flat bed is available
for $329. Is a cover trailer better? 5’x10’ would be best size. Shopping
will be done by two people ad information compared.  Trailer would be like
any other piece of baronial equipment.  It would be registered in Barony’s
name, need insurance, and annual license or tags.

*Get the following into the Financial Policy list:*

1.       *Add the PO Box as a line item to the Financial Policy*, just like
our online Domain Names, and continue payment until further notice.

“Cynnabar will maintain a post office box.  Exchequer will be responsible
for paying the annual fee from our account before the renewal date [around
April 30, IIRC].  The PO Box is at the Stadium Branch,  2075 W Stadium
Blvd, Ann Arbor, MI 48103.”

2.       *Refill the Student Account to a certain level.* Current level;
$____ No report as of 6/8. Aaron said: “the only expenses we incur through
the student account are Festifall and Northfest, which cost $30 and $25
respectively. I'd probably just fill it back up to $100 annually

3.       *Draft policy, after discussion*

"The balance in the University of Michigan SCA group Student Organization
Accounting Services account will be checked quarterly and maintained at no
less than *$75 at any time, and up to $150 per year.* The officer in charge
of the student group will send a balance report to the Exchequer in time
for the Quarterly Exchequer report, in  January, April, July and October.
“These funds are earmarked for room reservation costs and registration for
the annual University of Michigan Student Organization recruiting
fairs, Festifall
and Northfest."

back into storage.

*Demo Opportunity:*  6/19  The Barony is invited to provide performance for
Pinckney Library Game of Thrones party.  2 hours, 5-7 pm  Let Daye know if
you can attend. What will you demonstrate?

Vigil for Sir Gregoire at Baron Wars.  Elevation as Pelican will be
September in Ohio.  Well deserved!

Our own Honorable Lady Helena will be elevated to the Order of the Laurel
at Baron Wars. Congratulations!
Christian von Atzinger is on vigil for knighthood.
