[Cynnabar] Wassail!

Hello, Barony.

Wassail is this Saturday!

This event is our local winter revel. It will be held on Saturday (December
10) from 2:00-11:30 pm at the Chelsea Fair Grounds (20501 Old US-12 Hwy,
Chelsea, Michigan). You can find out more about the event here

Some fun activities are planned for this year. As always, we'll have a
potluck, Baronial Court, and lots of time for visiting. This year's dessert
contest will be in auction form, and we're collecting donations for Food
Gatherers. There will also be games, dancing, caroling, a Yule log, and
even a visit from St. Nicholas himself. Be sure to bring your little ones!

*Here's what else to bring:*

   - garb
   - feast gear
   - games to play
   - food to share at the potluck (don't forget serving utensils and a list
   of ingredients - this is very important)
   - nonperishable food items to donate
   - entries for the dessert auction
   - cash to buy things at the dessert auction, and for gate (suggested
   donation is $5)
   - ingredients to contribute to the Wassail punch (contact Baroness
   Hannah first <dawnlsinclair at gmail.com>)


Food, donations, and garb are not as important as your presence, so please
don't let those concerns prevent you from coming. If you need a ride, try
