January 23, Book Club will be *Hilde *by Nicola Griffith. About Saint Hilda
of Whitby as a young woman.

*Planning for Spring Revel yet?  *We looked at dates and think Sunday April
23 is the best date, considering other event, Easter (4/16), and
Commencement (4/29). Alana Elenora expressed some interest in being the
steward, and Baroness Kasha and Eadraed offered information

*Post Office Box Renewed. *We are paid for 1 year.

*Annual Cynnabar Gift exchange. Date Jan 2, 2017 Organizer? *

·         Is anyone planning to run this activity?

·         Kay posted a note to Facebook urging an organizer to come forward

·         Getting a count should be the first responsibility of the
organizer. Ermenrich proposes to put up a survey to determine interest.  He
estimates 20 people.

·         Next notify the preferred site and book space. That should be
done right after Christmas.

·         Holiday’s restaurant on Jackson Rd does not have a private room,
but would reserve their freestanding tables for our group if we can give
them an estimated count. They have had baby showers (for example) using
that plan. Grey gave a positive review of their menu and service.

·         BelMar Lanes party room is getting less interest. No price has
been able to be determined from their website.  Food and drink may be
ordered from their restaurant

*Grand Day of Tournaments- Nov 4, 2017 Site *Deposit should go on the
Agenda in January.  Pay in March?

*Baron and Baroness (Kasha and Ermenrich) – *

We covered 12th Night volunteering and gift baskets already.
