[Cynnabar] Planning for Cynnabar at SCA 50 Year Celebration

SCA 50 Year Celebration is starting to get closer.

Last week Duchess Elina responded to my message urging the organizing
committee to get events and activities up on the calendar soon. She said,
in part, “Staff members are just now turning in schedules for events, and
as we get them we will be posting them on the website. … Check back often,
the updates will start happening more frequently as they are arranged.  The
staff has a deadline for the end of the month for the first pass at a full
schedule.”

I hope we can discuss the Baronial Presence at tonight's meeting.

Who is planning to attend for part of the event? Please state if you have
or have not registered already to camp with Cynnabar.

I will check back here before the meeting to see what sort of response we
have. I hope to hear from people who will NOT be at the meeting.
