[Cynnabar] Pennsic Reminders

Hello, Barony!

I want to tell you about two more activities in Cynnabar camp at Pennsic
this year. They were just finalized this afternoon!

*On Saturday (August 6), Mistress Asalah al-Hina will visit our camp for a
henna party from 1:30-4:30 pm.* Mistress Asalah is one of the Midrealm's
most accomplished students of henna history and design, and her work is
beautiful. She will create art for anyone in camp who wishes to
participate. There is no charge, but we will be taking donations for her.
(I suggest around $10, maybe adding a little more if you want something
especially fancy.)

*On Tuesday (August 9), from 2:00-3:00 pm, Mistress Heodez Sofonisba di
Talento Minotto will come to Cynnabar to provide replica beauty treatments.*
Mistress Heodez was recently elevated for her work with period cosmetics.
She will bring disposable foot baths, treatments, and take-home samples.
All you need to bring is a towel, something to tie your hair back if
needed, and $10.

Both of these artists are incredibly knowledgeable, and also incredibly
kind and generous in sharing their expertise with us! Please come out and
support them.

There is no need to RSVP for the henna party, but *if you would like to try
Mistress Heodez's beauty treatments, please tell me that you are thinking
about it by July 27* (no firm commitment needed). She needs to know how
many kits to bring.
