[Cynnabar] A&S quarterly report due

Unto the artists, craftspersons, teachers, learners, and dabblers of
Cynnabar: the Minister of Arts and Sciences sends greetings!  The time to
prepare your quarterly report for the period July 16 to October 15 is
here.  I would like to have your report *by Thursday, October 13* and you
may submit it via email or Facebook.  Please note that this quarter
includes The Pennsic War.
