[Cynnabar] Notes for all Event Stewards

Hello Cynnabar,

If you are currently an Event Steward for an event in Cynnabar or if you
are thinking of becoming an Event Steward, you should know that an Event
Report must be filled out after the event. To ease the process of filling
that out, I intend to arrange to meet with event stewards one week after a
given event to fill out the Event Report together. At the meeting I will
need to know what what all of the expenses were for the event and I will
need the receipts for said expenses.
