[Cynnabar] Please Volunteer to Help at Ruby Jubilee

Hello, everyone.

Ruby Jubilee is coming up, and we need volunteers! It takes a lot of help
to run a weekend-long event, but if everyone who is coming to the event
signs up for just 2 hours over the weekend, we will have everything covered.

Kids can help, too! (Shifts are marked if there is an age minimum.)
