[Cynnabar] Group Knight Marshal deputy sought

I'm looking for a deputy for the Group Knight Marshal position.
Responsibilities include helping with kingdom paperwork and assisting in
finding someone to run practice, if not running it themselves.

The position is currently not tied up with the Iron Key (loaner armor).
Certainly the deputy may also hold that responsibility as well.

I have one interested party already, and wanted to provide opportunity for
others to express their interest.  If we end up with more than one
interested party, we'll have a conversation about it.  (E.g.,  there can be
more than one deputy!)
