[Cynnabar] Youth combat at Fall Revel

I'll be getting armored combat activities for the revel posted in the near
future.  However, I did want to pass along the detail that we're intending
to have youth combat at fall revel.  We are also looking to have
fast-tracking classes for marshals for youth combat.

Parents and members of our respective appropriate peerages (Knights, MoDs)
are eligible for fast-tracking.

Fast tracking basically compresses all of the training for becoming a
marshal into a single long session.
