[Cynnabar] Business meeting notes, 3/7 and 3/14 2019

Hello all,

Business meeting notes for the 3/7 and 3/14 meetings have been posted in
the usual place (see the link on the seneschal's page).  Approved at these
meetings were:

$100 for Saline Celtic fest supplies
Increase from $150 to $210 for Spring Revel to reflect actual cost of
reserving the park
