*OLD BUSINESS*

*GDoT 2020* – Mistress Hannah  https://www.cynnabar.org/grandday2020

Ø  Legends of the MidRealm Virtual fantasy armored tournament being held  7
 November 2020 7:30pm the allowing crowd participation.

Ø   *If you are interested in helping test the game next Wed.,  10/28, *contact
Hannah (Dawn Sinclair) or Beth with a pm or email message.

Ø  Many thanks to His Excellency Malachy for sharing his coding prowess!



*Updating the pictures on the webpage* –Lady Beth is working with pictures
provided by Lady Diamante,  *many thanks* for their efforts to make us look
good!



*NEW BUSINESS*

*Exchequer report*– Mistress Jadwiga

Ø  Only expenditure was the $13/month for Zoom.



*Barons*

Ø  *Thank you* to Lady Diamante for agreeing to be the Event Steward for
Virtual* Wassail*.  A date will be chosen soon, not to conflict with Red
Spears Wassail.

Ø  *The Barony of Red Spears *has a new Baron and Baroness; investiture
during the MK November Ethereal Court November 21.

Ø  Additional information (and a reminder, poke poke)  for the Wassail UFO
(unfinished object) challenge will be provided by Champion Lady Ulfrun,
watch your email and the webpage.



*Next business meeting: *November 12 at 7:30 pm e.s.t.  (it was agreed to
postpone a social meeting)
