*OLD BUSINESS*

·         If you haven’t already turned in your paperwork for the fighting
waiver to the MK Mistress of the Lists, and need help, contact Jorun,
Nezkha, or Their Excellencies.

·         The 2021-2022 Budget was passed, this was the 3rd meeting.

·         If you are interested in becoming Baronial Exchquer, please
contact Mistress Jadwiga (Cynnabar.exchequer at midrealm.org)

·         The bank is changing requirements for business premium checking
accounts:  in  August 2021, $10,000 minimum will be required to avoid a
service fee of $25/month.  Mistress Jadwiga is looking at account options
that will incur no fees.

·         The Peoples Presbyterian Church Session will be meeting on
Wednesday, June 16, and the topic of building use will be discussed. Nezkha
will follow up and provide any news.



*NEW BUSINESS*

·         Crown Tournament will be held July 17, 2021, in Xenia Ohio.
Pre-registration IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND.  If you do not pre-reg, you will be
turned away.

·         Coronation will be held Sept 25, and Fall Crown Tournament will
be held Oct 16. Site bids are being accepted.

·         Rosalyn agreed to be a co-Steward for Grand Day 2021.  She and HE
Olafr are investigating site options, and will report back at the next
meeting.  A SECOND CO-STEWARD IS STILL NEEDED.

o   The GDoT planning information will be forwarded to Rosalyn

·         Note:  MR Calendar submission for an event is required to the
Pale 2 months in advance.

*SUMMARY of the Bod Resolution:*

                 VI. *Resolved*, that all attendees in North America must
follow all province, territory, state, and local health guidelines at SCA
events. In addition, at all North American SCA events:

A. Kingdoms may require the use of masks at their events;

B. The SCA may not provide shared drinking containers or any food served in
a buffet-style. Attendees who accept shared drinking containers or
buffet-style food from other attendees do so at their own risk. Feast will
not be allowed at this time; and

C. All events shall require preregistration.
