[Cynnabar] Budget approval - first meeting May 13 7:30pm

[Seneschal Cynnabar via Barony]

The first segment of the meeting this Thursday, May 13 at 7:30 pm will
count as meeting #1 to approve the budget for 2021-2022.

We will chose a different day/ time for at least the second meeting, to try
to accommodate schedules.
